Choose Your Chips Wisely

It really pays to read your labels and compare.   You can have 7 tortilla chips for 140 calories, or you can have 22 for 140 calories. BIG difference!  Look for a thinner chip.  The new Tostitos Cantina chips are lower calorie for more chips. So far the best I have found is the Kroger brand " Private Selection  Tortilla Thins".  They are really good and crispy and a 140 calorie serving is 22 chips.  So here is a prime example of how reading labels can help you get more food out of your calorie allowance.
