Sometimes, especially in the afternoon, you get the munchies. Most of the time you aren't even hungry. Your tastebuds are just bored. I have found that drinking a flavored hot tea usually helps me get over the urge to go snack on something. It also serves as a nice pick-me-up. Some flavors I love so far are : cinnamon apple spice( celestial seasonings), vanilla chai ( Bigelow ), Chamomile, & Lipton has various berry flavored green teas. I just add a little Stevia or sugar and they are delicious.
